Shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12pm local time may begin processing the next business day.

Transit Times & Carriers

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (typical).
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected automatically based on destination and weight).

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on your address and cart.
  • Free shipping threshold: Free shipping for orders $60 or more.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
  • Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately. If the order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
  • Marked “Delivered” but not received? Please check with household members/neighbors and wait 24 hours. Then contact the carrier and our team.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain packaging with no external Vape Kong branding.

Age Verification & Adult Signature

  • We comply with applicable laws. You must be of legal age to purchase. We may require ID verification.
  • Some orders may require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery per carrier or local rules. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to evolving regulations, we may not ship certain products to some locations. If your order can’t be fulfilled to your address, we’ll notify you and issue a prompt refund.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be limited or unavailable for age-restricted products.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
  • Missing items: notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking stalls for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier inquiry or replacement where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If you need to return or exchange, read the guidelines below.

Return Window & Condition

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • For hygienic and safety reasons, consumables (e.g., coils, pods, cartridges, e-liquids) are typically non-returnable if opened.

Defective/DOA Items

  • If your item arrives defective or stops working within 7 days, contact us for a replacement or store credit (photos/video may be requested).
  • After 7 days, manufacturer warranties may apply. We’re happy to help with warranty guidance for brands like YoCan, Ooze, and CCELL.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@shopvapekong.com with your order # and reason.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and (if approved) an RMA and return address.
  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA inside the box.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective/incorrect due to our error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
  • Exchanges: where available, we’ll ship the replacement after receiving the original item.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee (up to 10–15%) may apply for non-defective returns to cover handling and inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables (coils, pods, cartridges, e-liquids).
  • Clearance, final-sale items.
  • Gift cards.
